The chef inspires by his Mexican culinary heritage and in each season of the year. To create an ever-changing 7-course menu with ingredients harvested daily. All of these are cooked in a woodfire open kitchen a few steps from the garden.

We don’t have a prefixed menu. Each tasting menu change every season. Every visit, you will try something different.

No rush
Each experience lasts about 2 to 3 hours.

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours so the chef can work on the tasting because we harvest by day.
